Problem - Free Items

There has been a problem with GM's giving away GM Hats with 32k stats, 2 players have been found with GM Hats with 32k Stats.

Any GM's found giving away free GM items for free will be declared a Half GM or possibly DeGM.

Any players found with these items will be jailed for 10 minutes or possibly banned.
